Where is build 20219?

 Hello everyone,
 I've been trying to upgrade from build 20218 to 20219, but the when I download the FSPSinstaller it says it'll install build 20218, I've tried 3 times so far and even had to reactivate my key, but all I get is build 20218.Where do I get build 20219?
