What should be the priority of USA Roads in my scenery library? I currently have all three mega scenery programs and RealScene 2004. Will USA Roads sit on top of all of them or only on top of RealScene? Can't wait for the release...don't rush it though! Jeff |

I don't think roads in FS are part of the layered scenery that you can control. I don't think it will even show in your scenery library. Your megascenery will automatically override them with no action necessary on your part.

From other posts it appears that MegaScenery will sit on top of US Roads. Would this also apply to Aerosoft's Manhattan?

USA Roads sits at the same priority as the default roads (in fact I think it replaces them verbatim).
These are handled outside the normal scenery priority levels, so that any other scenery except default airport grounds and runways will sit on top of them. You can see this in some places where autogen buildings may stand on top of roads. |

Jeff, Don't worry about where USA sits in the scenery library. Like the others have said, it really should not matter. In fact, the Scenery Library page in FS2004 should not be used to toggle the USA Roads layers on/off. This should be handled with the USA Roads setup utility. We need to point this out in the documentation, so I am glad you brought it up. |
