Hello before I test V5 am I able to update to V4 for free current version 3.55, I was trying to find the answer but unfortunately its not clear to me at one point there was now it seems only from 4 to 5 has a price tag.
 
Anyhow please let me know THanks

No. The upgrade paths were never free as versions 3 (OpusFSX), version 4 (OpusFSI), and version 5 (OpusFSI_v5) are all classed as different products. Discounted upgrades from 3 to 4, and from 4 to 5 were offered many years ago. Good news is the current v5 price has been greatly reduced since those days making the full licence cost similar to the previous upgrade costs anyway.

Very soon we will also be introducing the 64-bit OpusFSI v6 product for P3Dv4 only, so if you are using P3Dv4 you would be advised to wait a few days.

I see from your edit you are using FSX in which case I would recommend OpusFSI v5.
