The automated sys no joy because old email and forgotten password.
I have submitted several tickes with all  Proof_of_Purchase_FSPS-100.htm , xxxxxxxxx-edstfsps-100.key, new e-mail address and still can't log on to my account.
The e-mail address has been updated but look at the message I get when I entered the CORRECT DATA:
                               Your Order Can't Be Located!
Please make sure you are entering the correct ordernumber and e-mail address.

I submitted the correct info on the 1st ticket and should have been corrected with answer.
But no, Flight1 support keeps jacking me should read the answers..F1 could care less.
