Hi Kevin,

Iím so frustrated. I  was install 737-NG panel v3.15 and the livery pack. I havenít saw error messages and the installation process was without abnormal situations. Then I load FS9 and create a flight using AAL 738. My default flight starts cold Ďn dark, so I do these operations :

1.- BAT On
2.- All Fuel pumps On.
3.- Isolation Auto
4.- APU Bled ON
5.- Eng1 and Eng2 Bled Auto
6.- Packs Auto
7.- APU Start
8.- Hydraulic systems on.
9.- Eng 1 Starter GND
10.- When N2 >18 Eng 1 from Cut-off to Idle
11.- Eng 2 Starter GND
12.- When N2 >18 Eng 2 from Cut-off to Idle
13.- Flight controls check On.
14.- APU off
15.- APU Bled off
16.- Yaw on
17.- All lights on overhead panel off checked.
18.- Aircraft lights for TO configuration

Now I try to activate FD and fail. I try to activate AP and fail. I try to activate AT and works. I canít activate any other MCP panel switches. After TO and with the aircraft clean (Gear up and flaps up) try again to activate FD and AP and its fail.

I check my Aircraft.cfg and itís OK. FUEL, ELECTRICAL and AUTOPILOT sections are as the manual say.

Could you help me with this issue. IĎll appreciate your help.

Hello Hugo,

Thanks for your patience thus far.

My first guess is that you are loading a "cold/dark" flight that you have saved from a previous setup, then going to the 737-NG and trying to do a cold/dark startup.  Is this accurate?  If so, then that will throw the whole setup of the 737-NG off from the beginning if you use ANYTHING other than the default startup flight... the one which the game is delivered with.

The recommended way to start "cold/dark" is to load the default flight, switch off, then load the 737-NG and then save THIS as your 737-NG cold/dark flight.

Here's a previous thread which explained the same thing.
