I'll start by saying that the airport I'm working on is in the Back Country of Idaho (Big Creek). Elevation is around 5,300ft. I have noticed that objects shift their positions once I close IS3, save the flight, close out the Sim and then restart. The shift is approx 4ft from it's original position and all objects affected are equally moved. If I start IS3 again and open, lets say the fence line. . .as soon as the loading is complete all fencing snaps to it's original position. Save the flight, close the Sim, start back up and all items affected have shifted back out of position again. Does the altitude of the airport have anything to do with this?

This is a well known bug that was introduced in the second FSX update. Altitude has everything to do with it. The objects need to be recompiled with Drawcall Batching turned off. This can be easily accomplished using Model Converter X.

Just what you mentioned. I loaded the object bgls in MCX and recompiled with drawcall batching turned off.
