Hi,

I am posting here since I am not allowed to post in the Customer Service and Product Support - FAQ's forum.

I bought the American Champion Aircraft for FSX by former RealAir. Oder#1535870

When I click on Download in the Flight1 Agent, I get a 'There was an invalid product configuration. Please contact support.'

I am using Windows 10 and the Flight1 Agent has been allowed in the Windows firewall. FSX has been installed properly on my PC. I have also tried to change the Download and Cache folder in the settings of the Flight1 Agent : no joy. I have tried to log into my account from the Flight1 website: no joy. In the Flight1 Agent > View All Purchases > Jump To Product, I am redirected to a webpage where I can download my previously purchased products... except for the American Champion Aircraft. For this one, there is no redirection at all when I click on Jump To Product.

Did you try right-clicking and run as administrator when loading the Flight1 Agent?

Make sure you have the latest version of the Agent. Under settings it should show 1.0.2.6. If not, then update it.

It could also be a non-accessible location for the download. Did you change the download folder? Also, a virus scanner may cause interference, so do check that.

Thanks Steve.

I downloaded the Agent today and in the settings it says 1.0.2.6
The default download folder was a path with 'roaming' in the name but it did not work. So I changed to C:\Users\TONY\Downloads\Flight1Purchase which is quite standard I believe.
I have also disabled my Win 10 antivirus.

No joy so far.

Try creating C:\Flight One Software and change the Agent download location it.

Maybe the Flight1 wrapper will work for me?


By the way I don't understand the difference with:


(apart the price).

You can try the wrapper. It should work with your purchase.

With the American Champion Aircraft Wrapper, I clicked on Reinstall and then chose Reinstall using your Flight1 Login and Password. It didn't work.

I don't understand why the login/password I created works in the Agent, but not on the website...

Just tested, Your account and the download works just fine from the Flight1 Agent.
If you still have the error.

Uninstall Flight1 Agent.
Then go to AppData\Roaming\ and if you see the following folder, "Flight1Purchase"  delete it.

Reboot your PC.
Then reinstall the Flight1 Agent.

Then try the download again. Should the error pop up again, just okay/clear the error and hit download again.

You can also in the Agent settings, enable the "Use Alternate Server for Downloads" option and restart the Agent and try again.

I did all what you said and it does not work.

Thank you all.

I changed my password, then logged in the Flight Agent and could then download. By doing that I could log in the Flight1 website too.
