I wanted to buy the new AnyoneFly. For this purpose, I logged into my Flight1 account using the Agent and found my former P3D products. After finding my password too "light", I defined a new one which seems to have been accepted.
However, from this point on I can't login anymore, neither using the new nor the old password. Even worse, when I try to reset the password my mail michael.basler at gmx.net is no longer known to the system. Next, I am asked to contact the customer service, which again requires my details which are not known to the system, thus I go round in circles.
What are my options? I know I could open a new account, but then access to my old products would be lost.
