Latest FSI panel
Windows 8.1 64-bit
client/server mode

After setting up the A319 as described, I start up FSX via the client. The aircraft is loaded and positioned at the fix before the airport. The panelstate is loaded.
The FSI panel asks to set the thrust lever to CL, which i do. Somehow FSI is not recognising it as put to CL and nothing further happens.

How can this be solved? thanks in advance.

Hi,

At this stage when nothing happens,
Is your autopilot altitude, heading correct?
Do you have the correct ILS frequency?
Do you have a registered version of FSUIPC on the server?

Cheers,

I am using EGLL

Auto pilot is on
heading is 271 for RWY 27L
Altitude is 2600'
In the RAD NAV menu there is no ILS freq set, only VOR1 and VOR2 (LON/OCK)
I have a registered version of FSUIPC on the server

Ok and your PFD modes are:
Speed, HDG, Alt ?
What speed is set in the ISA window?

The speed field in the PFD is empty
Then the second field is ALT CRZ and the third is HDG
The altitude tape is 26000
Speed tape shows 169 knts
Vertical speed frantically goes between +22 and +17
The set speed is 133

Some additional info:

When I start FSX through FSI in full screen I will see the aircraft on a flickering screen. Then the panel state is loaded and the screen turns black.
When I then switch to windowed mode I see the aircraft again, and the question to set CL mode on the lever. I can switch back to full screen and the AC keeps visible.

When FSX is started in windowed mode (through FSI) the window will not become visible at all (But I hear the AC's engines).

I performed all the actions you mentioned here: http://www.simforums.com/forums/solvedblack-displays-in-fsx-with-777-windows-81_topic49794_post309183.html?KW=windows+8%2E1#309183

Ok. The problem comes apparently from your thrust levers not in CL.
In CL, check on your pedestal for physical position, the Autothrust will engage in Speed mode and your PFD should read Speed.
I will make a quick video tonight to show you the process so that you can compare.

The lever should be in CL. I hear the click and also when I press F3 to move to FLX and then F2 to go to CL it should be just there.

But maybe i am overlooking something, so a vid might be a great help.

BTW: although it s***s of course that the prog is not working, i really like the support and the very fast repsonse time!

Thanks, support is important for me, I will always try to have a quick answer when not at 41000 ft :-)

Please watch this video and see how I use A319 with FSiPanel.

I have it working.

I replaced the userstate by a new one and that did the trick.

I have reopened it because I found out that it seems to be a problem in the server/client mode.

I have FSI panel working in conjuction with A319 in standalone mode. Now I reinstalled back to client/server and the Original problem is back.

Additional info:

It works when you use the server w/o the client.

Corrected. Found a bug who affected Network setup for all users.
Thanks for your report!
I sent you an email, could you please give it a go and report if working.
I still have to do some testing before making an official release.
