I wanted to buy the new AnyoneFly. For this purpose, I logged into my Flight1 account using the Agent and found my former P3D products. After finding my password too "light", I defined a new one which seems to have been accepted.

However, from this point on I can't login anymore, neither using the new nor the old password. Even worse, when I try to reset the password my mail michael.basler at gmx.net is no longer known to the system. Next, I am asked to contact the customer service, which again requires my details which are not known to the system, thus I go round in circles.

What are my options? I know I could open a new account, but then access to my old products would be lost.

I tried this several times, but the ticket system requires me to input my credetials first. If I try this I get

Invalid Login!

The e-mail address entered for this account is not valid. Please re-enter your e-mail address and try again.

There is a link that allows you to submit a ticket without the login, but I sent a password reset to the email. See if you got it. If that does not work, go to the "Contact Our Accounts Team" button on the ticket page and they should be able to get you sorted. No login is needed for that ticket.
