PMDG 747 QOS

hi im trying to setup the 747 as an extended mode aircraft. after clicking proceed I get the error message.

"error saving your p3d file. please run trouble shooter "

I do that and everything is passed fsuipc registered version 4.959

FSiPanel Order number : xxxxxx (hid order no)
FSiPanel has administrator right
P3D has administrator right

simconnect is installed and p3d is running as admin.

I have tried importing other aircraft and they work perfectly.

its just the 747

Please try another livery, the PMDG 747 for example, do you have the same error?

Ok. Strange, did you try to reinstall the PMDG 747?
When you import it, do you select PMDG 747Q2 on the menu?

Same problem here and even if I do manage to save the 747 QOTS II, something is corrupted which causes stutters in P3D v3.4. I have found a workaround to prevent these stutters, as reported elsewhere in this forum, but how did you get the 747 QOTS II to save every time without fail (I have no such problems with non-PMDG aircraft)?

	Hi Tony, Thanks for your reply, problem might be caused by your livery name having illegal chars. I just made a new version which should remove all illegal characters. Please download the hotfix below and simply replace FSiPanel.exe in its directory with the new one below, WARNING, this is not an installer, just an updated FSiPanel.exe http://www.fsipanel.com/DL/FSIPanel82hotfix1.zip Please let me know if that version fixed your issue. 	Hi, I have the same problem with the pmdg 747 version 2. What is the solution you found. If I try to install it as a new plane I get an doesn't respond error, and than the programm goes to the installled airplanes without the 747. If I use the troubleshooter everything is set to passed. the PMDG 737 and Q400 are installing fine. Thanks for responding.

	No nothing helped. I have .net framework 4.7 and this is together with the Windows creators update. Could that be the problem? If I try to use an earlier version, the moment I start it upgrades I 'm stuck with 1.0.0.84 I'll keep trying. Thanks
