I have i9-9900k on a z390 mobo and would like to overclock it to 5.0 by multiplyer.
is there a simple guide for it ?

No one can correctly overclock your computer from online remote access.
 
There is no such thing as 'simple' when it comes to overclocking. Its apparent you don't know what you are doing and need a professional overclocker (locally) to do it for you. No one can do it online and if someone tells you they can, they are lying and will make some small changes that are not true overclocking so you think you have a stable overclocked system,....  but instead you were completely ripped off.
 
Seek local/direct professional assistance.
