Hello there,
Been a long time user of OPUSFSi and have a small problem with it.

The programs OPUS FSi Server window will not minimize on launch and will not close when P3d 2.5 is shut down. If I start another session of P3D (Opus FSi window still open from last session) The live camera hat switching no longer works.

If I manually close the Opus FSi server window after P3D has terminated, then relaunch P3D again, the Opus FSi server window starts up, as expected, Hat switching works again, but again, FSi Server program will not minimize.

Probably a small issue

P3D v 2.5, Server version 3.55.1 Win 7 Pro

Many thanks,  Chris

Version 3.55 is the original OpusFSX and not OpusFSI. The original OpusFSX is no longer supported and was only made fully compatible with P3D version 1. Not shutting down implies the SimConnect event from P3D is not received. Not minimising indicates the state is not remembered in the programs PUP data. This could be due to not being able to save the current windowed state to the file during shutdown. Due possibly to sharing, an AV program, or not shutting down in an orderly fashion.

You may have SimConnect compatibility problems. You could try re installing our supplied Microsoft SimConnect using the msi.

Thanks Stephen for your quick reply, I think its maybe time to upgrade! Yes not shutting down in an orderly fashion is prolly the reason. I am using a pushback gauge from an earlier version of flight sim, which allows you to steer the aircraft with the joystick (rudder),(atn gauge) so saves having to guess the distances, lol, but it does crash the sim on exit most times, so your point about shutdown is likely right. Problem is I like the gauge. Keep meaning to see if the gauge can be modified to stop the crashes, but need to contact the author of it

Thanks again!
