I have tried everything and exhausted looking through the FSPS Forum and cannot understand how to move (swap) two gauges in the FSX Cessna 172.

1. I would like to simply swap the positions of the Tachometer with the ADF in the VC 3D Panel.

2. I do not see how to access the VC 3D Panel while in FSPS. All I get to see are the 2D Panels

I do own the paid version of FSPS and the Build# is 22900

Why not simply edit the panel.cfg file with Notepad?

For something simple as this, that may well be the easier route..

[VCockpit01]
...
//gauge03=Cessna!, ADF,                            259,283,145,145
gauge03=Cessna172!Tachometer,                      259,283,145,145
...

[VCockpit02]
...
//gauge07=Cessna172!Tachometer,               260,318,143,143
gauge07=Cessna!ADF,                            260,318,143,143
...

Thanks Bert, I actually did that but what I found was that the ADF turn Knob (in the lower left corner of the gauge) did not move over with the ADF after the actual gauges switched positions. So then I looked to see why that would happen but that's when I gave up after trying and trying.

Let me know what you think please.

You cannot move that knob.. it is part of the 3d model.

FSPS will not help you here.

OK - so that's why.

Thank you so very much Bert for your help.

Oh, one more question (I am new to FSPS) - Does FSPS not show VC 3D Panel? This is what I first started to look into but all I see is the 2D panel for editing.
