Missing support

   I cannot believe EZdok Camera V3 do not offer direct support.Flight1 clearly states to refer to the additional support next to my order Nº but nothing appears to be there.

After having use Ezdok v3 in my new P3dv5 for weeks, suddenly it is no longer loaded when i open P3d with PMDG.

Tried re installing sim connect but no luck, one day everything was fine, turned off and when I went back a few days later and P3d does not load the cam application and of course it does not appear in the upper dropdown menu anymore.

How do I get the company experts to answer this question ?
