Well, I just wanted to follow-up. After trying many of those suggestions, I ended up doing a clean install of MSFS. I'm thinking I picked something up during one of those updates, as everything is running great again with no CTDs. Thanks guys

I love playing games, but I love most not spending money on them. I am a huge Fifa lover, and I can't imagine my life without it. You can find a lot of similar types of games, and you can use platforms like https://www.cdkeysforgames.com/consoles/fifa-22-ps4/ to discover the lowest prices. Of course, you might think there is no point in saving just three or five dollars. However, if you sum up all the purchases, you could save that much money and feel the difference in your bank account.

A question on memory that I'll be using for my next MSFS2020 build. I remember from Nicks guide that you should go with the lowest latency & fastest memory you can afford. So, I'm looking at the two memory kits from G-Skill both are on the ASUS MOBO QVL list and the mobo I will be using is the ASUS Maximus Z690 Hero. Any and all advice is welcomed.

Between those I would go for 5600J2834F16GX2-TZ5RK - DDR5 - 5600 CL Timing 28-34-34-89 because of the timings. No surprise, that kit is also more expensive.
Keep in mind I haven't researched Z690 and what it is capable of, I'm just looking at those two kits from a layman's perspective. Also, if you like to play, look at F5-6400J3239G16GA2-TZ5RK in the same price range. That kit is also on the QVL. There may be a reason why you limited the frequency to 6000 in your search and I understand that. Kits at the upper end of the spectrum can be...let's say a little challenging... to play ball
