My ifly737 was purchased on simakert, and then I popped up the activation tool - 737NG p3dv5 during installation. After that, I used the activation code to show that the activation was successful. However, after entering the game, the landing gear of the aircraft is not normal, and everything inside the aircraft can not be used normally, which is like an inactive state. How can I solve this problem? Thank you

Support is still at the above location, even if you bought it at SimMarket. That is the where all the iFly products are supported. I would suggest a reinstall... and also make sure your virus scanner is not quarantining any files. If that does not work, see the links from the previous post.
