    Posted: March-10-2006 at 10:06am

Had to reinstall FSPS w/Flight 1 wrapper. I purchased the program on 11/15/2005. I have my order # and key but when I enter the order# Flight 1 says they dont have any record of it. I cant get any further than that. Can someone kindly assist me in getting this great program back. Thank You!!

Frank

If your key does not work you should contact Flight1 directly - try sales@flight1.com

Hi Ed

I'm having an extremely frustrating day.

I cannot update my key file to the new one as the F1 wrapper system does not allow for a change of e mail address.

(not your program but F1 need to allow for people moving house)

Purchased 27th January 2002/

Order# 36123

I have not had any problems updating before.

Regards

Rick

Hi Rick,

You can change the registered email address for your purchases here:

http://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=wrapperservice

https://www.flight1.com/view.asp?page=emailchange

Hope this allows you to get things sorted out,

Alastair

Hi Alistair

I tried that but it does not work for me.

I have no idea what the number was as it is not contained in my purchase e mail and it was 4 years ago.

i get this when i try to change the e mail address.

The Certificate you entered is not valid. Please check your entries and try again.

Looks like i am now without FSPS which is a shame as it was a great program.

Security is a good thing but not when it locks out legitimate customers & leaves them no way to actually contact a person.

My only choice its to hope Ed turns up at some point

I find the flight1 support system a bit too detatched from the customer these days although the products are perfect.

Regards

Rick

It just bounces back as undeliverable.

Hi Rick,

Sorry you're having problems ! If you still had the same email address you could get the 4-digit password sent to you, however, as you don't (the chicken and egg situation) your best bet would be to submit a Service Ticket with all the information you have so that the email change can be done manually.

http://www.flight1.com/ticket.asp

Once the system has been updated with the new email address the automated system should be able to supply you with the lost password.

Due to excessive Spam, Flight1 does very little communicating via direct email.

I keep all the confirmation emails I receive and add to them the 4-digit CC number so that I can reinstall them if necessary. Fortunately I've kept the same email address for some years, which simplifies matters.

Rick,

The Flight1 ticket system should be able to resolve your problems. Your 4 digit code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number you used when ordering, given the date of your original order. This might help unstick your replacement key problems.

However -
If you send an email to support@fspanelstudio.com with your current email address and the order number I can generate a replacement key for you.
