FSI Panel crashes with PMDG 737 & 747 Q2

   Hi 
I use Win7 Pro and FSX and the latest PMDF 737 and 747 Q2. 

I can add an new Airplane and have a flight but next time I got an error message while loading FSX from FSI Penal: 
The error message in german: 
"Die angeforderte Flugdatei ist beschädigt oder kann nicht gefunden werden. 
C:/ .....  SituationFiles .... F30FINAL"
translated in english:
"The requested flight file is corrupted or can not be found."

Do You have any idea about the reason?

	Hi Paul, Have you tried starting FSX and then FSiPanel? Do you need to restart FSX after each approach? Cheers, J-P

	Hi I tried everything after this error message: - restarted FSI Panel , deleted the airplane - restarted FSX, placed the Airplane (PMDG737) on an Airport - added the Airplane in FSI Panel - closed FSX - closed FSI Panel - opened FSI Penal and tried to "order" an approach - in between I did the "Troubleshooting test" in FSI Penal, everything was fine... - this routine I did several times Greetings Paul

	Hi Paul, I think the sequence is wrong: FSX shall be running when you press MoveAC, is that the case? FSX should not restart, it should just load your new approach. In options, try to deactivate the memory leak protection. J-P

	Same error-box appears every time I try to start al flight. So FSIPanel is useless for me at this time. BTW: launch test is running fine. Any help? HP

	Hi, Please delete the aircraft from FSiPanel, go to aircraft list, click on the aircraft and hit DEL key. Then make sure to start FSiPanel and FSX P3D as administrator and try to import again the aircraft. Same error? J-P

	Hi J-P, I`m flying FSX, not P3D. After reinstalling FSIPanel v 1.084 I could install PMDG 737 and make at least 1 flight. After that, when trying to do another flight, I run into problems: a) when I start FSIPanel while FSX is running with a plane od the ground (move AC), then it doesn`t activate the systems but leaves the plane "cold and dark" to take over 8-( b) when I let FSIPanel start FSX I get the above mentioned error-bos So, what can I do? 	Hi Heinz-Peter, Please try the following: - Start FSX, select any aircraft on ground. - Start FSiPanel, go to setup, troubleshooting and click on Launch test. Do you have any error reported here??? What antivirus do you use? J-P

	Hi J-P, as you see, the troubleshooting protocol is fine. On My system (WIN 7 Prof 64-bit) Norton is runnig as virus protection.

	Ok. Can you try to temporary disable Norton, import a new 737 (another livery) and then try an approach. Do you still get this error? If yes, please close FSiPanel and send me the following files: Log.txt and config.txt Send them to support at FSiPanel.com J-P

	Hi, after disabling Norton and importing a new livery I`ve found the same mess. There are two scenarios: a) running FSX with standard plane on ground. Then starting FSIPanel, choosing plane, airport etc.; move AC. The choosen plane appeares at the desired point, engines runnig. After activating the several systems suddenly a new loading bar appeares and then the plane is in a cold an dark panel and after about 12 seconds it rurns in a steep dive pretending to get the proper trim. b) When I run FSIPanel first an let it start FSX after choosing the desired approach, then the error box appeares claiming the missing or corrupted file .....CLEAN I`ll send you log.txt and config.txt along with some screenshots that show the above mentioned scenarios.
