Below is a list of places to find charts for airports from official sources.

There is no standard format so each site has its own organizational system. Some may require you to sign up for a free account. Language may also be an issue, although most offer an English language version -- if you don't see "English" look for a button with the British Union Jack.

In general, you should look for a section called AIP (Aeronautical Information Publication), or sometimes AIS (Aeronautical Information Services). By ICAO standard, each AIP should have 3 sections -- GEN (general), ENR (en route) and AD (aerodromes). Approach and Terminal Procedure charts are usually in the AD section.

Its European Aeronautical Information System Database (EAD) maintains charts for Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bosnia/Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom. Despite their presence in the EAD database, many nations maintain their own independent web site as shown in the list above.

Hello John,
Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, I am very new to F1 and Flt Sim, I am on FSX SE on Win 10 64 Bit I was wondering if anyone can tell me how I can get access and use SIDS /SAR Charts /Plates for UK and Europe to use with my F1 GTN 750?, do I need to get a subscription with a flt planning provider, Sky Demon /Sky Vector or similar or do I go to F1 or Garmin to get a subscription, how do I do this I note GTN 750 in my A2A Sky Lane has only charts for North America, I like to fly within UK and Europe for the moment?.

Any Help
Much Appreciated
Charlie UK

Hi Charlie,

Sadly, John has left the forum. You should ask here http://www.simforums.com/forums/f1-gtn-gns-series-support-forum_forum54.html after registering here http://www.simforums.com/forumreg.htm for access. This will get you access to the GTN forum.
