EZdok V3 not installing

   Hello, I just updated my EZdok v2 to V3 but when I try to install it, Widows Installer pops up with:"The system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation"If I continue then EZCA V3 configurator pops up with:
"List index out of bounds (0)" and it stops there!

Can anybody please help? 

OS Windows 11 Home 64-bit, Intel i9-9900K 3.6 GHz, Nvidia GTX 1070, 16Gb Memory, DirectX 12
