Hi, I am having problems getting the .cpn file recognised. In trying to get it to work I have tried changing the file association. Now I cant get back to the original association it is currently set for WordPad Ouch Even when I delete it and redownload it stays associated to WordPad. How do i get back to square one?

I have tried to access V3 via the new Flight1 Purchase agent but for some reason the auto lookup coupon doesn't work either, even though I can find my original V1 and V2 purchases.

Hello Barrywells,

To redeem a Flight1 Software coupon for your download purchase, follow these steps:

1) Download the coupon Zip file to your desktop.

2) Extract the .jpg image or .cpn file from the Zip file.

3) Download the product from www.flight1.com and fill out your payment information.

4) During the purchase process, select the coupon button on the payment screen.

5) Hightlight the coupon you extracted and select Open.

6) If you have done it correctly, the total amount shown will adjust to reflect the coupon price.

7) Press the 'Click Here to Purchase' button to complete the discounted purchase.

Thanks guys. I apreciate you using your time to help me out.

I have now got things working again. Not sure what changed. I reset the file associations and followed the clear 7 step approach and Now Flight1 authorizes the purchase no problem.
