Welcome to the Flight One Product Support forum.

Forum registration is currently required to post to these forums, however guests can read and search the forums for information. If you are in Guest mode, you will see a Register icon near the top of this page. Or, you can click this link to register. It only takes a minute. A valid e-mail address is required for registration.

Forum Overview and Posting Requirements

When you make your post, please make sure you are as complete about the problem as you can, using the following criteria:

  • Clearly identify your product.
  • When exactly did the problem occur (such as what button did you last press).
  • List any error messages or screen messages that appear.
  • Include your system specs including operating system, video/sound card, memory.
  • Tell us what virus and spyware scanners you may be running, and have you fully disabled them or not.
  • Do not post a new issue in an existing topic thread. Start a new one instead.
  • Posts must stay relevant to Flight1 released products.
  • Do not post customer service requests here (asking about refunds, shipping status, key requests, etc...). These issues are handled via Customer Service.
  • Please do not post in old threads. Start a new thread instead.
  • Make sure you are posting in the correct forum. It is best to post a procedure question in the Flight Operations Forum, and an error or bug report in the Flight One Product Support forum.
  • Try to use the same email address that you used when you purchased. In some cases order numbers may have to be validated before support can be given, and this is much easier when your forum email address matches your order email address.

We may not be able to give a reply if your post does not follow the above criteria. So please be as specific as you can.

Forum Search and Customer Service Forum

Make sure you make good use of the forum Search feature, and check the Customer Service Forum as your question may already be answered. This forum is here to give you information in the best possible way, so please make use of the above 2 links before posting. It will help both you and us if you do so.

We also try to give you detailed information in the product manuals (in many cases the manuals are electronically searchable). Please try to look there. We do not expect you to have to read a 200 page manual over and over to get an answer to a simple "where is the ??? switch" question. But do try to refer to the manual as much as possible.

Helping Others

You are not required to help anyone, but of course feel free to help others out in any way possible. Flight1 does appreciate the fact that you do want to help! We only ask that whether you are seeking help, or seeking to give help to others, that you treat all forum members in a gentlemanly and courteous manner. See the blue text below for more information that applies to this.

Administrative Assistance

If you require administrative assistance, please PM (Private Message) one of the forum administrators. Do not make public posts regarding items relating to abuse from another member, discussion of software piracy or other copyright issues, or any other issues that would require direct attention by our admin staff.

Important Notice!

Please note that posts in the support forum need to remain on-topic, and posts may be edited or removed if they are inflammatory, abusive, off-topic, incomplete, do not adhere to the requirements listed above, or for any other reason that Flight1 sees as necessary. Name calling, belittling, or attacking other forum members will not be tolerated and may result in your account being deactivated. Advertising is not permitted, and threads discussing other non-Flight1 products may be removed at our discretion.

A final note... Member accounts with no posting activity for a long time (maybe 6 months or more) may get deleted. If your account is deleted, simply reopen another account.
