Existing users  re-download from the ISLANDER product page and use the same license key to re-install.
Please make sure you have completely uninstalled the earlier edition first.
If you have uninstalled a previous patch update, do not run the "patch" uninstaller. Delete the patch uninstaller shortcut and run the main product uninstaller instead.

IMPORTANT: Users of previous versions of the BN2 before version 1.6 MAY have an issue with uninstalling the old version. The installer may state it is uninstalling a different piece of software or state the file is missing.

The installer creation software unfortunately places a default file name for the uninstaller. If whoever makes an installer forgets to change this, it will use the default name and if another product developer has made the same mistake, it will point to the last piece of software installed...

Dave accidentally left the uninstaller with the default name.

The easiest way around the problem is to re-install the OLD version you already have installed. That will then overwrite and claim the uninstaller filename back. Then, run the uninstaller for that version. You can then use the latest version 1.6 installer (which NOW has a correctly named uninstaller.) You do the same for any other software that has the same error, you would need to re-install the old version of it first over the top. Very sorry about that, and totally down to human error.

If ever a software uninstaller tells you it will uninstall a different program, or says it is missing, re-install the original over the top to claim back the uninstaller name.

PLEASE READ the readme file that pops up at the end of the install process as it contains details of how to install the scenery.
