Adding 530 to Project Globe Twotter

   I want to add Reality X-P's 530 to the Project Globe Twotter Skybus in FS2004.   I cannot do it by using the Easy Configuration since the Skybus Panel is aliased to the basic DHC6-300 Panel located in the FS2004\aircraft\fsfsconv folder.   Can anyone tell me how to handle this situation.?   I'm thinking that I can add the 530 gauge (which I haven't tried to locate yet) and a new window to the basic Panel to which the Skybus Panel is aliased.   Before I start to tinker, I wonder if anyone has made a manual addition such as this and can give me step-by-step instructions.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.  It will surely save me much time.
