787 black screens

   hi everyone 

I have purchased 787 software through the Flight 1 purchase agent.I installed the software but I can’t see any of the Displays units  in the cockpit, all black
I am using a Mac mini m1 202, using the flight sim X with windows 10 through parallels desktop 17.0

The rest looks like is working fine ….

could somebody help me please?
