Most of my addons are from F1 and/or purchased from F1.
Active Sky, EzDoc, Gex/Utx (under this Orbx airport), and of course all the hardware install advice and FSX tweaks by F1's Nick Needham, etc... So what you are seeing is in essence a culmination of years of mostly Flight 1 addons and info found right here on these forums! |

And to think i said no way to projection last year. I thought my TH2go with 3 screens was "boss", until Nick said projection was way more immersive. Man were you right!!!
Two CFI's at Toronto Brampton Airport have been in my Simpit and tell me that the 3 sims over there "dont hold a candle to your sim" And I only charge half their cost at $35/hr-LOL!! Once again...Thanks Nick! |

How much will a setup like yours with the projection and everything approximately cost ? just want to have an idea .... Are there any scenery/landclass out there you would recommend to add with UT and GEX ? for the GTA at least and/or Ontario, There are a bunch here that I am aware of but never downloaded any! http://www.freewarescenery.com/fsx/canada.html http://flightontario.com/index.html http://www.simaddons.com/pages/simaddons_addons.htm I don't know why there aren't much interest for Canada on the market for FSX... Hard to say. This has been an evolution over many years. But if i had to replace everything today, probably well over $10,000! Then labor and time to build the actual structure.
No Toronto payware out there at all. I built Toronto from Instant Scenery and it's pretty good! |

Thanks Ken I'll look for it on youtube. It would definitely make flying locally much more realistic with the improvements you have mentioned. If the files get posted at some point it would be great to see a screen of the scenery order to make it work. (I am running UTX, Flight Ontario Farmland and Landclass & am looking at adding Scenerytech + FS Genesis)

Well it's been awhile! I'm still using my projection and with newer and much improved scenery, it's unbelievably immersive!!

no problem.. nothing better than a good projection system.. besides the fact you don't run a huge resolution which opens the pipe for better/smoother performance, the visual scale and natural blur makes the immersion far more realistic.
