Hello,

Since my version of UTX Europe 1.x is DVD, it doesn't seem to be listed on my Flight1 Purchase Agent list of my software. So, do I have to, as the only option, install from downloaded v2.1 installer (1.7GB or so executable) and use the coupon option (for upgrade discount), old way? This seems it would work, but was hoping for easy purchase and install through the F1 Purchase Agent... also for the reason that it would "remember" my purchase for the future, for patches etc. Or, will purchase through the downloaded installer register my purchase correctly as well? Was hoping to avoid the "old" installer-based (wasn't it called "wrapper" in the past?) purchase...

Thanks for info in advance...

Purchasing issues are dealt with by Flight 1, so you may want to raise this via a support ticket, but I believe that your comments about using the latest full 2.x installer and using a coupon option is the way you would need to upgrade (especially as you need to uninstall the v1.x version of the product so that the v2.x product can install correctly).

Thanks Jeff, I think I'll just go by the full installer+coupon way then...
