PMDG 737 NGX - Plane is falling down

   I can't solve my problem despite having looked at multiple posts on the subject. I have Prepar3d V.4.3 and every time I transfer data to the simulator my plane crashes instead of freezing in the air. How can I overcome this annoying issue? I no longer know what else I can do. In this way fsiPanel is totally unusable. Look forward to your help.Best
