Hi All,

Following is the iFly team procedure for use of the 737 with FSiPanel:

1. The iFly software must be correctly installed and operating per instructions given in the iFly FSX support forum.

2. Follow the instructions in the FSiPanel manual for iFly set up:

a. Set start up state to “normal” in the iFly config tool

b. Set the CDU input to “without delay” and radio tuning to “manual” in the iFly config tool.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The above settings are required for each iFly model you want to use in FSiPanel.

3. Load FSiPanel, select your options and then click “move aircraft” (see following important note). FSiPanel will load FSX, the iFly model you are using and configure the aircraft for your selected situation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Before clicking the FSiPanel move aircraft button, confirm that your yoke/joystick axis are all centered with no pressure on them. Any off center axis can cause uncontrolled aircraft movement.

4. Read the FSiPanel messages on the upper left corner of your screen and Do Not touch anything until FSiPanel gives control to you.

Then enjoy another successful take off or landing.

Also, please read the FSiPanel manual before jumping in and hitting "go". As is so often the case, many issues are the result of incorrect procedure.

NOTE: The iFly Team recommend all controller axes be assigned in FSUIPC, with calibration direct to FSUIPC. If electing to do this, please remember to disable joysticks in FSX and also delete all normal and slew axis assignments in FSX. If you disconnect your controllers and open FSX, default axes will be reassigned, which will create duplicate axis assignments and no end of trouble. If that happens, just reconfigure FSX settings as outlined here
