Changes don’t save.

   Under W98, then W98SE, build 13753.
If I resize and/or position a guage, it does not stay in position or its current size or aspect ratio frequently changes after saving the file and either reopening FSPS or running it in FS2K2. No caching seems involved.
From a programmer's perspective it almost looks like rounding or truncation of variables.
I'm running 32 bit 1024x768.
