Unable to choose airport

Hello,
I use P3D V4.1, FsiPanel 1.0.0.35. I used FsiPanel and everythink worked fine. But when I started today, I couldn't choose any airport. After each letter I get an error message:
FSIPanel encounter an unhandled exception, please check log.txt for detail.

Did you update your database?
Please go to Setup/options and click on updated

I get an error message: "Error deleting your old database"
