Even though we do not use email for general customer service, there are areas that do require email contact... Such as getting product receipts, new keys, or registering for forum access.

So it is important that you make sure you are using a reliable email provider, that has properly setup SMTP servers so that you can receive email from our range of IP's.

We are always careful in how we setup our servers, and make sure all the required settings are made, such as RDNS (Reverse DNS) to identify our outgoing SMTP server identity.

To run an email test from our servers, click on the link below.

If you do not get an email, check your spam filters, or contact your ISP and let them know of the problem. They may not have setup their servers properly, or they possibly could be blocking too much mail and you could be missing legitimate mails from multiple sources.
