**** We are sorry.  But, the issue tracker for our FS9 product lines has been discontinued as of 10/10/2007 ****

 

The commercial issue tracker was costing us a monthly fee that we felt was unncessary at this time.   While we still offer public forum support for our UT for FS9 products, enhancements to our products for FS9 have been discontinued at this time.

 

Our new UTX product line for FSX uses a different mechanism for reporting issues and making enhancement requests.    This mechanism is called the ERSX tool.

 

The ERSX tool instructions can be viewed at the link below.   This tool is only valid for our FSX line of products.

Thanks for your continued support.   All reported issues through 10/10/2007 have been archived for future use if needed.

I am unable to login using the above credentials. Username guest and password FS2004 result in an invalid password response from the server.

EDIT: The password is case-sensitive. fs2004 works but FS2004 does not.

Your instructions on how to report a fault in Ultimate Terrain just got me an invitation to pay money to Elementool! Your username and password do not work.

Doing a flight around Florida, hitting all the small airports. George T Lewis airport, KCDK, Cedar Key, Florida is missing. It's in the FS9 and Garmin databases. You can see the windsock and tower. but no runway or taxiways. Coordinates are 29*08.264N, 83*02.0006W. I have UTUSA and FSGenesis.

I could not submit anything... the submit button did not show

Although I have a Highway climbing steep uphill in my favorite VFR flight area it is a disaster for me: N 45 36 E 5 51... Cry

When  I try to report and issue, there is no submit button (as shown above) on the Element tool.

Guys, I found the problem with Elementool.   It appears that the "guest" account had lost it's required permissions.    I have added them back and things seem to work well now.

Hello to all,

I have posted my problem on the elementool tracker yesterday but acn't seen to find it now.

Anyway, I'll repeat it here.

Concerns: Ultimate Terrain Europe

Location: N 46° 5'   E 5° 55' (just southwest of Geneva Switzerland LSGG)  

Symptoms: The A40 major highway in France passes over the Vuache mountain when in fact it is a tunnel. (I have deactivated the option to activate roads marked as tunnels). It is a sore sight as it is right on the beginning of the final approach to runway 05 at LSGG. Other sceneries I use are Geneva Airport by DreamFactory (Simmarket) and Mesh Europe by FSGenesis.

I would greatly appreciate your help.
