Un & reinstalled FSX, of 2 town saved one is missing in the town's lineup. I can still load it but it starts flying right away so cannot change settings or airplane.

Any way to correct this?

Actually, I did, but it didn't make sense when I first read it for some reason.  Now it does, and it works fine.  Must be old age.

Today, I learned from Hening at (what seems to be the now closed) Aeroworx that development of the B200 V3 for FSX has been taken over by Flight1. I was wondering if someone from Flight1 could let us know in a short post what the situation is with regard to this product, as we have waited for over two years in the Aeroworx forum without any news on the progress of this product they were supposedly developing.

Information would be most appreciated, if possible.

Since the "Q" is a made for FS9 plane, it install to what was a FS9 location, which is now different in FSX.

Two ways to approach your situation. First, go here; http://www.carenado.com/ecommerce/links.php3 and download and use the FS9 to FSX patch.

Or, since it's a file location problem you can use Windows Explorer to navigate to your FSX install. Within FSX you'll now find an folder named \Aircraft and if you expand that you'll probably find the Q sitting there all by it's self. You can cut and paste the Carenado 182Q folder to the proper location within FSX, which looks like this; F:\Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes The true location depends upon your installation.

Doing either of the above should allow you to use the Q in FSX. The first will give you thumbnails, the second won't. But thumbnails for Carenado planes are available at the usual sites.
